# RETURNS POLICY
After receiving the item, contact seller within 30 days, and seller pays for return shipping.

We do not accept returned products that have already been installed, please contact customer service for replacement or refunds. All returns must include the following:

1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
3. All accessories (lubricant, stickers, installation instructions)
4. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

5. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the return shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
