② Chassis & Suspension Parts
- Custom control arms, ball joints, and tie rods (high-strength alloy steel is used; structural strength and connection precision are adjusted for lifted modified trucks or low-rider vehicles).
- Trailer accessories (e.g., custom trailer hitches, tow bars): Manganese steel or quenched and tempered steel can be selected based on load-bearing requirements to optimize structural strength and installation adaptability.
③ Brand & Aesthetic Parts
- Custom car emblems (your brand logo can be engraved; materials include aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or ABS engineering plastic; surface treatments such as chrome plating, matte black, and anodizing are available).
- Exclusive engineering plastic parts (e.g., sensor housings, electrical enclosures): Temperature-resistant and impact-resistant materials such as PP and PC/ABS can be used; protection levels are adjusted according to the usage environment.
④ OEM/ODM Turnkey Solutions
- Full-process ODM services for automakers: From design optimization to mass production, the entire process adheres to your brand standards (e.g., custom packaging, exclusive part numbering).
- Regional adaptation modifications: Part specifications are adjusted according to target market regulations (e.g., CE-certified versions for the EU, SAE-compliant versions for the US, JIS-compliant versions for Japan).
3. Customization Process
We have streamlined the entire customization process to ensure efficient collaboration and transparent information. It is divided into 5 key steps from requirement communication to delivery:
Step 1: Submit Detailed Requirements
Before starting customization, please provide us with the following information:
- Design/Sample Materials: 2D/3D CAD drawings (preferred) or physical samples (if reverse engineering is needed, samples can be provided for our analysis).
- Technical Specification Requirements: Material grade (e.g., 6061 aluminum alloy, 4140 alloy steel, ceramic friction materials), performance standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, high-temperature resistance/wear resistance indicators), surface treatment methods (e.g., anodizing, powder coating, chrome plating).
- Application Scenario Description: Target vehicle type (passenger car, truck, off-road vehicle, etc.), target market (e.g., EU, US), usage scenario (e.g., daily commuting, commercial towing, extreme climate environments).
You can send your requirements to our dedicated customization email: geekstopautoparts@outlook.com, or call +1-213-249-6539 for urgent needs.
Step 2: Feasibility Assessment & Quotation
Our R&D and engineering team will:
- Review your requirements within 3-5 business days to confirm technical feasibility (potential issues will be communicated in advance with optimization solutions provided).
- Issue a detailed quotation, including: unit price, total cost, minimum order quantity (MOQ, determined based on product complexity; typically 500-1000 units for custom products), and production cycle.
We will adjust specifications or prices based on your feedback until a mutually agreed plan is reached.
Step 3: Sample Production & Confirmation
- After the quotation is confirmed, we will produce 1-2 custom samples based on mold availability: If the corresponding sample mold already exists, no sample mold fee will be charged; if a new mold needs to be developed, the mold fee will be charged based on the order size (mold fee can be waived for large orders); the sample cost (excluding mold fee) is 1.5-2 times the bulk unit price, and this cost can be fully deducted when paying for subsequent bulk orders.
- The sample production cycle is 7-15 business days. During production, we will send progress photos/videos. The finished samples will be shipped with a test report (including material certification, dimensional inspection data, and performance test results).
- You need to confirm that the samples meet requirements (or provide revision comments). We will make adjustments based on your feedback until the samples meet the standards before starting bulk production.
Step 4: Bulk Production & Quality Control
- Bulk production cycle: 20-45 business days, with the specific duration fully dependent on the order size and product complexity (e.g., simple machined parts and small-batch orders can be completed within 20 business days; complex injection-molded parts and large-batch orders will take no more than 45 business days at most).
- Precision manufacturing processes (CNC machining, laser cutting, automated assembly) are adopted during production, and the IATF 16949 standard is followed throughout. All parts undergo 3 rounds of quality inspections (material verification, dimensional review, performance testing).
- We will send weekly production progress updates (including production line videos) to ensure you stay informed of the order status in real time.
Step 5: Delivery & After-Sales Support
- We support 2020 Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.), and you can choose the appropriate term based on your logistics needs.
- After delivery, we will provide:
- Multilingual technical documents (installation guides, maintenance manuals, available in English, Spanish, and German) for your team or end users.
- A 12-month warranty for all custom parts (covering material defects and craftsmanship issues).
- Technical support services: Online consultation via Zoom/Teams video calls or email; on-site technical support for large orders or key clients (travel expenses to be negotiated separately).
4. Why Choose GEEKSTOP Customization Services
① Global Standards, Regional Compliance
All custom parts comply with international standards (ISO 9001 quality management system, IATF 16949 automotive industry-specific standard) and regional regulations – whether you need CE-certified parts for the EU, SAE-compliant products for the US, or JIS-compliant parts for Japan, we can provide complete certification documents (test reports, material certificates) to help you enter the target market smoothly.
② Flexible MOQ, Cost-Effective Pricing
- No rigid MOQ restrictions: MOQ is flexibly set based on product complexity, typically 500-1000 units as the minimum, meeting both small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production needs.

- The sales team tracks order progress in real time and provides multilingual communication support (English, Spanish, German).
- The technical team provides installation and maintenance guidance for your team or clients, and answers questions related to material selection and performance adaptation.
5.Custom Success Stories
Case 1: EU Distributor – Custom Brake Pads
A distributor in Germany needed brake pads for older Volkswagen models (which are no longer in production). Based on their requirements, we selected EU-compliant ceramic friction materials to optimize high-temperature resistance (capable of withstanding temperatures above 600℃) and delivered 500 units within 25 days. Currently, the distributor places quarterly repeat orders and has renewed a 2-year exclusive regional distribution rights agreement with us.
Case 2: US Commercial Fleet – Custom Trailer Hitches
A US trucking company needed tow hitches for heavy-duty trailers (with a load-bearing requirement of 15,000 lbs). We used high-strength manganese steel and added a galvanized anti-corrosion coating (to resist road deicing salt erosion), and customized exclusive mounting brackets. The fleet reported no failures after 12 months of use, and later increased the order quantity to 2,000 units. Due to the large order size, we waived the sample mold fee for their subsequent batches.
