1. SAME DAY SHIPPING

  • To deliver your auto parts faster, we prioritize efficient order fulfillment for global customers. If you place an order before 4:30pm (CST) from Monday to Friday, and the ordered parts are in stock at our warehouses, your order will be shipped the same day.
  • Approximately 98% of in-stock orders leave our warehouses on the day of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock (even with our extensive inventory), we will send you an email promptly with the expected restock and availability date.
  • Once your order ships, average transit time via standard ground shipping (e.g., UPS Ground) is an additional 1–3 business days for deliveries within the U.S. For international orders, transit time will vary based on your location and selected shipping method—please refer to the tracking information provided after shipment for updates.

2. SHIPMENT METHOD

  • All orders are shipped via standard ground delivery by default, ensuring cost-effectiveness for your purchases. For urgent needs, we also offer expedited options including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air (availability may vary by destination).
  • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses at this time.
  • Our shipping network covers all 50 U.S. states and select international regions—for details on service availability in your area, contact our customer support team.

3. SHIPMENT SHORTAGES

To resolve issues efficiently, any shortage or missing items in your shipment must be reported to our team within 5 business days of delivery.

If you encounter packaging errors (e.g., wrong item, damaged packaging), please provide the following information when contacting us:

  • Date/package code printed on the shipping label
  • Part number of the affected item

This information helps our quality assurance team quickly identify and address the issue, ensuring a smooth resolution for you.

4. BACK ORDERS

  • Unless you specify otherwise, all orders will be processed under our "ship and back order" policy: in-stock items will be shipped immediately, while out-of-stock items will be marked as back orders and shipped as soon as they are restocked.
  • For back orders that remain unfulfilled for more than 5 days, we will contact you proactively to confirm your preferences (e.g., continue waiting, adjust the order, or cancel the back-ordered items). Please note: standalone back orders do not qualify for free shipping; free shipping applies only if the back order is combined with another qualifying order that meets our free shipping criteria.

5. BULK & CUSTOM ORDERS

For bulk orders (orders exceeding 50 units of a single item) or custom-manufactured parts:

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume, customization complexity, and inventory availability. Our team will provide a detailed shipping estimate within 2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Depending on the order size, specialized freight services may be required. We will coordinate with you to select the most cost-effective and reliable shipping solution.
  • Free shipping thresholds for bulk orders are determined on a case-by-case basis—please contact our sales team directly to discuss eligibility and tailored logistics options.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped to international regions:

  • You may be subject to local tariffs, customs duties, and associated fees, which may include Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • The shipping/handling fees charged by GEEKSTOP (www.geekstopautoparts.com) do not include any of the above customs-related fees.
  • Customs fees and/or brokerage fees are typically collected by the delivery carrier (e.g., UPS) at the time of delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations in advance to avoid unexpected charges.
